Despite a situation ban in the purchase of CBD oil, a billboard on principal Street in Akron’s North Hill community continues to pitch the item for a nearby health food store.
In August, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy ruled that the purchase of CBD oil had been banned by Ohio with the exception of by dispensaries developed beneath the state’s medical cannabis law.
At that time, Akron-area retailers scrambled to get rid of CBD oil items from their racks. Several chose to offer that which was kept inside their stock.
But Seven Grains Natural Market chose to hold fast. Co-owner Gina Krieger claims that the CBD oil her store that is tallmadge regarding the billboard is not included in state legislation. Unless that law changes, Krieger stated this woman is confident she’s offering a product that is legal.
